Also more affordable than some on line prescription weightloss programmes. Lost 3 kilos ( 6.6 lbs) first 6 days. Got 2 stone to lose. I ordered Mysimba. After an initial online health screen it was a very simple process. I received automated emails and personalised ones to let me know the process. These are clear and easy to access. All contact information and helplines/chats/ contacts are given. From initial contact to receiving the medication I think the delivery was about 3 days later which isn’t too bad at all. The delivery was tracked and the package was discreet, which didn’t concern me but I know it does some people. I didn’t qualify for same day dispatch as I initiated contact and my order on an evening. Had I have done it early in the day the delivery may have been the next day or two. I received follow up emails and reminders associated with the tablets and reordering ect. All in all I was really pleased. I’m fairly impatient and I overcomplicate things for myself so this experience was great.

I have tried on several occasions to talk to the team about failures to deliver my package via DPD and my emails have been ignored. I have also tried to contact the company by phone and despite them offering a 24 hour service, I received a voice recorded message stating they could not answer my call. Is this a real company or full of chatbots?
