Jeg har udelukkende haft positive oplevelser med Nordic Housing. De er servicemindede, fleksible og effektive. De fik på få uger udlejet min lejlighed til en god pris og med en rigtig god lejer. Jeg vil bestemt anbefale dem til andre og også selv bruge dem igen. I forhold til de andre store udbydere på markedet var de både billigere, mere fleksible og med større ambitioner om at opnå den optimale leje (som de havde succes med).

The process of finding a new home is a joy, but is often time-consuming and difficult, as one reaches out to multiple landlords and real estate brokerages. Finding a home in Copenhagen, where good options seem to disappear almost as soon as they are posted, has been particularly tough. We were in contact with a lot of different agents & companies to find an apartment. Of all these, Nordic Housing stands out thanks to the agent that assisted us. Søren Borup Wedege, an associate of the firm, showed the utmost professionalism and empathy to the task at hand, as he guided us on a housing journey through Copenhagen's wintery streets. We were shown a strong array of options, satisfying the various parameters we'd previously discussed with Søren; each place offering its own unique elements and charm. I am Danish, so I know the city, while my partner is from abroad - with little knowledge of CPH, and we were both thoroughly impressed. Søren advised us about the high degree of flexibility that Nordic Housing has the capacity to provide. Everything from shifting move-in timelines to suit our needs, to advising us of the relative ease of exiting the contract on their shorter-term listings, if we later hope to find a place to buy. He also noted our furnishing preferences, offering to remove/add/replace furniture from Nordic Housing's stock. While we ultimately went with another option, given unexpected circumstances, we still wanted to highlight our positive experiences with Søren as our Nordic Housing guide. i´ve already rented an apartment e few times through nordic housing. The apartment was clean every time, well equipped and everything worked perfectly. God kommunikation og hurtig udlejning. Camilla Dalskjær har været venlig og professionel igennem hele forløbet. Skaffede hurtigt fremvisninger og var god til at give feedback efter hver fremvisning. Vi havde et par småting der skulle rettes op på mht annoncen på hjemmesiden, men ellers fint forløb hele vejen igennem.
