Lejede min lejlighed ud igennem Nordic Housing og har været så glad for den service jeg har fået. Kan varmt anbefales til alle som gerne vil leje sin bolig ud, men som ikke vil stå for det administrative og praktiske selv.

As a short background, me and my girlfriend decided to move to a bigger place, and since I also own an apartment in “indre by” we were in search for both a new place and for a tenant. We were a bit in a time constraint, so it was of the utmost importance for us to find a fast solution for that. Nordic Housing came with the perfect deal, a swop. We would have moved to a place of their property and they would have been our tenant, taking care of the house administration. We saw their apartment, they saw ours (3 people came, including Mr. Sander) and everything was going so smooth and nice, to the extent that we were almost packing and asking friends to help with the moving when…they showed their real attitude. Regarding their apartment, on 27th of June they claimed that if we liked it we could move from the 15th of July. We confirmed our intention on the 1st of July; however, after some days of silence where we were never be able to gain simple information (e.g. apartment plant, cost for renting out some furniture, when we would get the keys, etc…), on the 9th of July we are informed that the apartment is not available anymore because the owner rented that out without letting them know (!!!)… Then, we have been offered two other apartments in the same building, one of which is more expensive and the other is just a cellar. On my apartment side, I had an understanding that the deal would work if they had the chance to rent on “short term” because since they claim to work with a lot of companies (Nordea, Novo Nordisk, etc…) it happens that they might need to accommodate their employees for a period of just 3-6 months. Well, it turned out that their idea of short term is Airbnb. I kindly explained to them that this wouldn´t be my preferred solution because 1) Since I am making no profit by renting to them, I feel I am exposed too much to the risk of additional costs because of having my apartment spoiled by people that doesn´t take care of it (it´s an historical building) and that i cannot chose 2) I wouldn´t really need them for this, would I? Then we have been told that no deal was possible if we didn´t accept this. All in all, it was a bad experience and – luckily – we didn´t enter into any agreement. They made us lose precious time and caused unnecessary frustration. ------------------------------------------------------------------ The following is my reply to the comment that NH posted after a failed attempt (Mr. Sander even called me!!!) to make me change my mind about my review, and give them more stars. Once again, this shows their dodgy attitude and bad way of managing their customers. - The word “club department” sounds quite new to me, you don´t even explain it on your website. However, the point is that what you told us during the meeting is that you wanted to have the chance to rent the apartment short term (meaning 3-6 months) to companies, because you needed to cover your risk of not finding a long-term tenant. Put this way, it was OK and you offered a swop deal even in case you found a long-term tenant and you would keep the administration of the apartment. - True, I gave it to you and you used it for your own benefit. In fact, after you checked that nothing was mentioned about Airbnb, you came with this idea and made it mandatory for us to accept it in order to have the swop deal. Also, you may have noticed that the “house rules” ware written some years ago (90´) when Airbnb didn´t even exist; in any case I asked to the building administration and it was clearly stated that it wouldn´t be much welcome as an option. YOU KNEW THAT. - True, AND I told you that I could accept Airbnb rental if in a limited amount of time (e.g. 1-5 times a year) because otherwise I didn´t see what would be your incentive in finding a long-term tenant. You refused it categorically, and started to act like we always knew that this was the only way for having the swop deal. "Some of my neighboours" are doing Airbnb? are you sure about that? for what i know, they might host some friends/family time to time. - True, but I don´t see what is your point. Bringing personal/valuable belongings with me doesn´t dismiss the fact that the apartment needs care (e.g. wooden floor, windows, etc…). I don´t think it is too hard to understand that I don´t feel comfortable if I have no control about who you choose to spend just a weekend in my place. At the end you need to cover your cost, so I don´t think you would be very picky. - Finally, regarding the apartment in Prins Costantinsvej, you made us believe that it was of your own property and that´s why it would have been so easy to make the swop.And honestly, it is enough to have a look at what the market offers to realize that your apartment are quite overpriced. I am also sorry to see that you have some difficulties in acknowledging how things went in reality, and I still don´t think that I was given the attention and clarity that I deserve as a customer.

I highly recommend Nordic Housing (NH). I had no problems moving in a rented apartment listed under NH. They are easy to reach and helpful every time.

Professionel og dedikeret virksomhed. Servicen er i højsædet og har absolut intet at sætte en finger på. Ingen problemer ved ind og udflytning, en grundig gennemgang og kommunikation ved syn. Kan varmt anbefale NH.

Had a wonderful stay in Copenhagen with Nordic Housing. The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed, good attention to details and decoration. Saff was very fast to respond and good in communication.Would highly recommend and stay again when visiting next time.

Nordic housing er firmaet at vælge. Jeg henvendte mig for udlejning af min lejlighed, og deres respons var super positiv. Hurtig, kvalitets bevidst firma, med kunderne i højsædet og en god oplevelse. Service ved overdragelse var helt i top.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen thanks to Nordic Housing Club department. The flat was comfortable, roomy, perfectly designed and super clean, with a warm "lived-in" feel to it. The location is superb - close to the train, buses, a good array of restaurants, bike stores and convenient shopping. We'll 100% be back! Also Peter, our coordinator is a star!

Der er en fornøjelse som udlejer, at kunne overgive sin ejendom til NH og vide, at de håndterer den på bedste vis. De er nemmere at kommunikere med og sørger for at ejendommen er i god stand med deres viceværts service.

We (a family with to Kids) spent a wonderful time at an appartment in Copenhagen a couple of days ago. The communication with Nordic Housing in advance of our stay and whilst our stay was excellent. The Nordic Housing Team even topped the very friendly and informative contact when we had realized that we left one of our mobiles in the appartment when leaving early in the morning. After informing Nordic Housing by email they immediatly took care and informed me that the cleaning team found the mobile and it´ll be sent by mail to us. So, great service before, whilst and especially after our stay in Copenhagen. Again, thank You very much for that!!! Yours Tom

Vi har haft samarbejde med Nordic Housing (NH) i forbindelse med udlejning af vores hus de sidste to år. Samarbejdet har ikke været imponerende. Den værste oplevelser har været i administrationsordningen med NH. For det første var det svært at få dem til at rykke, når lejer ikke betalte. For det andet, da lejer af økonomiske årsager måtte fraflytte, gik det helt galt. Udflytningstjekket og efterfølgende udflytningsrapport var meget dårligt udført. NH var bestemt ikke vores/udlejers mand. De overså og accepterede en masse manglende vedligehold, rengøring, skader på huset og sikrede ikke, at lejer malede osv. Alle sammen helt basis ting, som skal være i orden ved fraflytning. NH svarede ikke på service linjen. Først da vi ringede fra en anden telefon, blev der svaret! De snakkede os efter munden, holdt ikke indgåede aftaler og rådgav os dårligt. Kort sagt PAS PÅ. De har kostet os mange penge og givet en masse arbejde, vi ellers havde betalt os fra!

We asked Nordic Housing to help us find a tenant to our flat. They told us that they had a list of large companies on their customer list and that they had a possible tenant that was going to be hired from Nordea and that Nordea would be paying the rent. That turned out to be the first in a long row of lies. The rent was not paid by Nordea and the tenant had dealt with Nordic housing on his own. He has also had a terrible experience with that. Nordic housing insisted on some improvements to the flat and send a company to make an offer on the work. We accepted part of the offer but it turned out that the company, did not have the skills to do the job and instead hired in somebody else to do it. This made it much more expensive and we were charged with the expenses. We did not accept this, but Nordic Housing had the money from the deposit, put in by the tenant and they charged us with the expenses directly. A lot of emails, sms'es and phone calls to Nordic Housing was never answered and the CEO of the company, who had been our contact from the beginning suddenly was never to respond to anything. After spending many hours and getting absolutely nowhere with the communication, we gave up and just ended up loosing the money and so much time and frustration. I never make reviews of companies but if this post here on trust pilot will help even a single person to not get the same experience as us it is worth it.

In Jul-17 we hired Nordic Housing to help us rent our house and to be in charge of the annual maintenance/ administration of the house since we were moving to the US and giving the distance we wanted to offer our renter a quick solution in case there was any issue with the house. The house was rented but the administration/maintenance of our house never happened until today. The lack of responsiveness from this company is totally unacceptable starting from the CEO who has never had the decency of answering any e-mail, calls, etc. I will like to enumerate below examples which clearly shows the lack of compliance to the terms of the contract. At the time of the contract we received an invoice for the a full cleaning service (5000DKK), which have not agreed, since we had taken care of this, the amount was debited from the renter’s deposit and never returned despite it was admitted that that full cleaning never took place. At the time of the contract, we have never received a copy of the house inspection report and we are not sure that this took place since the renters have to contact us directly to understand what they needed to do with the bills, alarm. keys. etc. The renters have experienced an issue with the heating system but Claus Heide was unable to resolve and we have to arrange from the US to have our own VVS to perform the service. After the issue was solved, no further contact from NH. The renters experienced an issue with the dishwasher and contacted Nordic Housing without response, we have to take care of calling a company to solve the issue by ourselves again from the US. The renters have an issue with a leakage from the refrigerator and we have to give the renters instructions on how to solve it, again NH never responded to their calls. Again at the beginning of 2018, the renters have an issue with the heating system, which we have to take care again, Considering that Nordic Housing was not going to abide to the contract terms agreed, since then, we have agreed with the renters that whenever they have a problem, they will contact us directly with the issues. I have written evidence from both the renter and us in writing to prove the lack of compliance with the agreed contract. Last month, we received an invoice from NH claiming for 2018 maintance for 5000DKK. Immediately we tried to reach Bo Sanders the CEO and the administration, to understand why we are receiving this invoice, no response. After that, we made 3 additional attempts in writing to NH specially the CEO, he never even responded and now we received a claim. In summary, considering this unacceptable and rude conduct, I would strongly do not recommend working with this company.

Nordic Housing får de bedste anbefalinger herfra. Jeg havde flere muligheder, men valgte NH, da de virkede til at være mest professionelle. Den beslutning har jeg ikke fortrudt! De fandt hurtig en lejer, kontraktprocessen gik som smurt, og da jeg havde havde valgt administrationsaftalen overdrog de også min lejlighed til lejer. Alt gik som det skulle og efter kort tid fik jeg rapport over standen, billeder samt aflæsning af målerne. Sagen blev afregnet indenfor få dage. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse og jeg vil til enhver tid vælge Nordic Housing igen. De får mine bedste anbefalinger.

Extremely unprofessional. I write this review as the private owner of a newly build, up market apartment in Nordhavn, that I rented out using Nordic Housing. The entire experience has been one big time-consuming frustration with poor service, constant unavailability and non-existent communication. I will list a few things here in the hope that people with read it and be spared from having to put up with something similar. To put some more context, my tenant was a large multi-nation renting for an executive posted in Denmark for a limited period. In other words, a very easy to manage and professional tenant. - The first issue was that the furniture they used to furnish my apartment before renting it out (a costly add on) was so basic and poor quality that the tenant immediately requested to have it replaced. - This information was never shared with me, I received it only once the tenant (the company) manged to reach out to me and inform me about how poorly the apartment and rental agreement was being administered. - Several selves in the fridge broke and this was never addressed despite several complaints from the tenants. I was again never informed or consulted on what action to take. - The tenant was extremely dissatisfied with Nordic Housing and the non-existent service level they provided. - My storage room had been lent out to other people (not the tenants). I was never informed or asked about this. - Furniture was not removed in time as per agreement. It took several re-visits to clear the apartment creating issues and additional work when trying to sell the apartment. - I could not even get my own key delivered back to me weeks on end, with no-one replying to e-mail or returning calls. This also creating further issues affecting the sale of the apartment, completely unacceptable. - Finally, Nordic Housing has sent an invoice demanding I pay for administrative work stretching into May 2019 despite my tenants moving out August 2018. It is blatantly clear that no administration has been done on the behalf of Nordic Housing in my case, except invoicing me and the tenant. They are an unprofessional, sneaky, do as little as possible and charge as much possible, so called property agent. Agents like this give the whole business a bad name. If I could give a worse rating I would. Nordic Housing is not a serious company, they are extremely unprofessional and should be avoided at all cost.
