Excellent service. The whole team were friendly - No pushy sales tactics. I dealt with Shane who made the whole process of buying a new car enjoyable and stress free.

So, bought a second hand car little over a year ago now and the car has been great. Although something strange is with the service history. I bought the car on 52K miles and around 6 months earlier Nathaniel's had done a service on the car and in the service book stamped it at 57K. It deffo says 57K when I think it was meant to be 51K so maybe do a better job than me when looking though the cars documents before signing the deal. After I completed the sale I noticed that the same spec car that I had purchased was cheaper by around £2,000 less than 30 miles away with less millage. That's something that I have noticed with this dealer recently as we visited again to look for a Mini for my partner, The choice they had seemed over priced and we found a higher spec, lower millage car at Je££ white in Cardiff which we purchased. However I have found that Nathaniel tend to have a better interest rate than other garages so some times it works out cheaper to go with them if your worried about the monthly payments. Took my car in for the FREE LIFTIME MOT's around a month ago and was surprised how easy the process was considering I had applied a private plate to my car, thought there would be some push back but no very straight forward. HOWEVER it is important to book your MOT well in advance due to how busy they are. Come to think about it someone rang me around 6 weeks before my MOT was due to get it booked in which was great. As if they hadn't I would have left it too late to take them up on the free MOT and would have needed to go somewhere else.

A great team at Nathaniel in Bridgend. Always get a friendly welcome and good advice, especially if can save you some money. Bought my first electric car from them and they will give honest guidance and help you with advice. Been there for many cars over many years now, and will definitely consider them again.

Excellent after sales. I can't thank Nathaniel car sales enough for getting my daughters car back on the road in under 12 hrs. We had some issues with the cars lights and the team went above and beyond to ensure she was back on the road as quick as possible. Staff were amazing, from the kind ladies in reception, the lovely driver who made sure I got home to the technicians who fixed my car, together they make a fantastic team. I was given all the relevant information to enable me to make decisions about exchanging my current vehicle for a new one.
