Went with my mum to buy a new car and we both had a great experience with the whole team there. Really nice salesman, gave plenty of time for questions etc! Was given a very good price for my mum's car and then given a cup of latte whilst we waited for the admin work to be completed. All in all, was a very pleasant experience.

Easy to use website to look at cars before purchasing, with all the information needed listed. Had a call back promptly to arrange a test drive and they were friendly and flexible. Car was in beautiful condition as described and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Straightforward sale, no hidden extras or hard sell on products and protections. This made the experience positive and made my decision to buy through this company. Martin was friendly and got everything arranged. Was able to pick the car up in a short turnaround and all that had been discussed was completed. Ongoing service plan was great value and includes breakdown cover. Recommend the dealerships and will look to them first when I next need a car.

I HAD MY CAR DONE WITH THE SPECIAL POLISH,AUTO GLYN.I PAID £300 AND WHAT THEY LEFT ME,WAS ALMOST STILL COMPLETE NOT USED.I CHECKED ON MY COMP I COULD HAVE BOUGHT IT MYSELF FROM THE INTERNET,FOR ABOUT FOR £60 I WAS NOT PLEASED.

I brought home my new hs trophy today, turned up half hour early and car wasn’t ready- absolutely not a problem we were told to help ourselves to coffee etc, and had a chat with a team member (I can’t remember his name) transaction easy and trouble free, he even took the time to go through some bits in the car with me before I left Shane was who I first dealt with (on the day of paying deposit and test driving and the day before when browsing) he was amazing, so helpful, no pressure, approachable, didn’t get the price I wanted for part ex but this is to be expected with a garage so not an issue at all, I arranged pick up but sold my car sooner so wanted the new car earlier, shane sorted for me to collect the next day, Would definitely recommend the Cardiff (penarth road) branch What did I love best? No pressure, no hassle, no pouncing on you when you walked through the door which goes a long way!!!!!! Every car salesman should take a leaf out of these 2 guys books! I would recommend highly and even purchased the service plan, I had a great price for an amazing car!!!!!!

Lovely people very courteous and helpful. Lovely coffee and biscuits. Disappointed no toast and jam lol. Came home to find the car needed more coolant than it had. They say they are bringing it out today.

Very efficient. Sales team dealt with everything very efficiently with great customer service. Had a dashboard warning light appear after 2 days and upon calling in to get it checked out, once again dealt with very efficiently with replacement parts ordered and repair booked in with great speed and efficiency. I have recently bought a new MG4 Trophy Long Range from Nathaniel Cars. My partner also bought the MG ZS earlier this year. On both occasions we have received excellent customer service from everyone but especially Dean Scammell who has dealt with both sales and made the process so smooth. So far both of our cars have been fantastic and we have had no issues at all! Very easy to contact if needed and we're always happy to address any questions we had. Would highly recommend to anyone.
