Whole experience of booking a service and the excellent customer service on the day

Lovely friendly helpful staff

All easy as could be accept upon collection day. Was planned to collect at 2pm but sat and waited 30 minutes as the person dealing with the hand over was with someone else, despite other staff being available. This was poor customer service. If you have an appointment time, then give the other potential sale customer to someone else and stick to the appointment time for the customer collecting their car.

The two young men that dealt with us were so polite and helpful Daniel and Nyle I canot praise them enough nathaniel are lucky to have these two young men and the receptionist was very welcoming to with offers of befrages all in all a very pleasant experience.

It was all so very easy. Having selected the car we wanted having absorbed the information on screen we discussed a few points with advisor and job done!

Salesman was polite communication was excellent always making the case that you were choosing the right car not pushy also good on product knowledge

Went to view new model in Swansea initially. No pressure told anything you want just ask. Team great nothing too much! Went to Bridgend to see different colours all parked together, decided I really liked HS in grey. Got fair price for part ex, had my fully checked, ready to go new car 4 days later, all the staff I dealt with were great! Will be going to Nathaniel next time my Wife decides to have a new car and so will I when the time comes again.
