The car was not the same as first explained to us both. The dashboard wording is very small. And Is quite hard to understand. We just exchanged our old car Kia Sportage wishing we went back to Kia. Many thanks Mrs A Banks

Good service & good selection

Customer Service was best I have received in such a long time. I got there early as needed to be elsewhere. Nothing a was too much trouble. I was given a free courtesy car and within 2 hours my car was ready. Took out a 3 year service plan which was a little hefty but I think worth it. First visit to this service centre and I must say I was impressed. Phoebe Moyle stood out to me as giving exceptional customer service.

Can’t praise this company enough. I booked a test drive and they had to bring the specific car in for us from another branch. Nothing was too much trouble. What I liked was we visited a number of times and at no point was there a hard sell. We were left to view the car at our leisure without any salesperson jumping on us. Martin was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great deal on the car and are very happy with the service provided.

The professional way in which the salesman, Matthew Nichols dealt with us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Although Nathaniel’s is a big Company, they have not lost their personal touch which, I think, is important.
