My Experience going into the sales department in Bridgend brunch was absolutely fantastic. The welcome we had walking through the doors was can I help you madam. It got better when we were dealing with this gentleman about how do we go about having a car with the mobility scheme. I was so nervous as I was in a wheelchair due to my illness but the gentleman said to me please don't worry or get embarrassed that's what I am here for to help you in any way I can. From start to finish everything was such amazing and straightforward. He was very polite, well manned, caring, kind and got an amazing personality. I honestly would recommend Nathaniel care sales to anyone for their outstanding service. The gentleman name is Mr Julian James, honestly what a credit to your company he is. And having another young lad showing us everything about the car. How this works this is for that he couldn't do enough for us. Very pleasant, polite, helpful and very professional in his job role. Good cars for great price and 7 years warranty. Went to the MG sales room just to see what they had and ended up part exchanging my car for a brand new MG pre registered. All done on the day thanks to Julian James.

Tom Hughes is very good, answered all questions we had, very professional. The new car handover with Dean was very smooth and again very professional, not rushed and everything explained step by step. The car demonstration was also very professional, again not rushed. A very enjoyable experience!
