DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR WITH Nathaniel Cars ! Plenty of other Decent MG Dealers Out There. My son used one locally last week, Night and Day compared to this one. Shocking after sale service, it’s like dealing with Authur Daley any excuse not address your problems, once you drive away. I drove 100 mile round trip to collect my new car from the Main Dealer MG Nathanial Cars in Bridgend to minimise possibility of damage In Delivery process, expecting my car to be in a showroom or at least undercover to view my inspection, but no Nathanial Cars stuck my Brand New Car out in torrential rain at there Tyre Business ! Obviously I was not able to carry out full Inspection due to the poor conditions and was told I had 24 hrs to report any faults, following morning before work I found a fault with callipers, reported this to the dealer, who was not really interested as I signed the paperwork the day before even thou l clearly stated on paperwork it's impossible to view in the rain, few hours later I found 2 other faults with bumper damage and Interior console damage, as the dealer was so negative on the 1st fault I wanted to report all these 3 faults to Tusker fleet company as purchased this car through salary sacrifice scheme, O yes you get treated differently to paying PCP or cash buyer At this dealership your one up from scum was how I felt, to cut a long boring story short The dealer is not accepting the damage as there responsibility, they refuse to provide me digital photos on the report ie JPEGs so I can’t unfortunately blow them up and show them the faults which will 100% be there, so they are applying I drove this Brand new car away and caused 2 seperate pieces of damage in few days of having it, I’m so careless I recently spent 100’s of pounds with paint protection at my local Detailer ! Joke ! I brought I matte paint finish car, This is not someone who looks after a car badly, I’m the complete opposite to that! 2 fault pics attached and one nice one which has nothing to do with Nathaniel Cars Obviously ! Never will I purchase a car from this dealer again!!!!!!!!!
