Amazing customer service and sales team.

Sales process flowed well however documents movement from DVLA was far too long - two weeks is excessive even at Christmas. Furthermore Lexus owner documents relating to the car was missing. These have yet to be provided and needed by myself to feel comfortable with all vehicle aspects.

Damien is a great sales person.He gave us all the information about the car we needed and more. I would recommend your business and staff without hesitation.

Friendly, helpful staff. When I noticed an issue with my newly purchased MG4 (nearside front window wouldn't go up/down) the car was immediately booked in and a new part fitted a week later.

My car went in today as I needed a second key programmed which they supplied and did very effectively. The girls are really helpful and even arranged for the car to be cleaned while there. Very grateful for a fantastic service from all. Thanks Mark Davies

Excellent service from Dean Scammell who sold us a lovely MG ZS last week. Had a great part exchange value against our 5 year old Nissan. Monthly payments cheaper and we also added a three year servicing package and are paying more than £50 month less. Very pleased. I wasn't actually looking to change at the time, but on visiting the MG stall at McArthur Glen I decided to pop over to the Bridgend location for a look at the ZS. There were plenty in stock and online. I picked out a 1 year old low mileage model, in the colour and spec I wanted. Had a test drive of one. Can't fault the customer service. Thanks all

Had good service from the sales staff, albeit they were very busy. Martin was patient with me on the test drive as I’d never driven a hybrid before , and along time since I’d driven an automatic. Got everything I wanted and picked the car up in the agreed day and time. Very pleased.
