Damien was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There was no hard sell which, to me, was comforting. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He explained the finance options and the process clearly. The after sale help is also available at any time should I wish to use them.

Very polite and informative. Nothing was too much problem. If we had any issues we invited back to the garage at anytime.

Friendly sales staff

Had the same experience as the recent review from James. Wish I’d read the Trust Pilot reviews for MG itself rather than Nathaniel specifically. Tells you all you need to know. 1 star across a huge number of reviews. The Nathaniel reviews are skewed as people are reviewing when they buy, rather than when the problems arise as they inevitably will. Also, they do a considerable amount of trade through Motability, so it’s easy to be happy with your new car when someone else is paying for it! We tried to get a recent problem with our MG (one of many) rectified by a different very well-known garage who told us they have nothing but trouble with MG and often struggle to source the components as reputable suppliers won’t touch them due to the awful quality. So if you won’t believe me or the other reviews on Trust Pilot, please save yourself a world of grief and listen to the professionals. Also worthy of note is that the Chinese Communist Party only grant operating licenses to businesses who consent to be contractually obliged to provide data on demand to the government. You’re going to be connecting your mobile phone with all your most personal data to a Chinese system. Are you confident in the security of that? The UK government won’t allow Huawei to provide any of the country’s 5G infrastructure for this very reason.

Really good experience. I dealt with a couple of different people since my first enquiry and I can’t fault any of them. I am happy with the car and the information I was given while looking around and at no point did I feel like I was pressured or pushed or given a hard sell which I like because it shows these guys are confident in their product and the value of their offers. I thought there was absolutely no way I would be purchasing a new car when I first enquired after seeing their adverts and took the initial quote and did a lot of shopping around at used/nearly new cars, but they were coming out more expensive if anything. Very happy with my purchase so far 10/10.

Nathaniel's make car buying a pleasant experience. The team are very knowledgeable about the products they offer but there us no sense of pushy sales people. On each visit there is always someone to offer a welcome and pass you on to the right person.

Staff, including the manager, were friendly, welcoming and helpful. ✅ Was a long wait in between waiting for sale to be concluded. So patience needed, in the warm free coffee area. Unfortunately, I pointed out an error in the spelling of my name as paperwork was processed; this was not altered and so DVLA paperwork had to be returned and changed by myself. Also, I don’t think I would be wrong in saying the promised new mats were not new, due to a worn area on the drivers side. Although sales offices were practical, the panelling behind the desks was very off putting and so you have to sit sideways to engage with salesperson.
