I had a video call with Archie who showed me various designs of gown dresses. I ordered a dress which fitted exactly how I imagined thanks to the measuring guide I was sent. The package was delivered within 10 days. I am happy with my new dress.

Videos calls was never made on the time it was scheduled for you will always have to wait for salesperson to become available. Trying to get through to sales team for updates on the outfits ordered was difficult. Calls get disconnected by staff. Overall the video call system is not working and requires a massive improvement.

We received beautiful outfits how it was ordered. Surprisingly they all fitted very well! I had ordered for the whole family for the wedding of my daughter. They looked stunning! Communication was a little hard as the time difference and availability. But sure will go back.

Amazing prices, materials and fitting. Placed an order for 6 dresses. 4 delivered initially. Had trouble with locating the tracking number for the other two but the customer service team was prompt and extremely helpful in getting the remaining items delivered on time. Shopping for two weddings during COVID is not easy especially when you want to ensure you have the best attire. But Asopalav made that possible. Over the course of 12 months, Asopalav was able to help us select and customize pieces for my brother’s wedding and my wedding as well. Though this was not an easy process as it involved countless video calls and chats, Asopalav made this easier by providing us with our own personal stylist Twinkle. At some point we were almost thankful that we were able to shop from the comfort of our own home. Twinkle and Asopalav was able to ensure that our pieces were customized to our requirements. She was even able to make sure our colours, styles, etc all matched. Most importantly, when it comes to video call shopping, one’s concern is always “will my clothes fit”. I came across the Asopalav Page on Instagram and simply loved one of the bridal Lehengas for my daughter but because we live outside India we were not very sure about how to go on with the purchase. However, their Video Shopping facility really helped us become more confident about the genuineness of the business and helped us see the various options at close range! Archie from their team is a special asset to Asopalav! She is polished, patient, and very personable to the client! The lehenga order was completed within 10 days and was DHLed by them to me and reached my doorstep on day 12 from the day of the order!!!!
