Harshil was amazing help! We were in communication via whatsapp and over a span of 3 days I finalized my wedding outfit. I needed a bridal lengha and sherwani for my wedding in Toronto, Canada and he and the team at Asopalov helped me view different styles and price ranges. I had my auntie in Ahmedabad go into the store to help with the payment process and to also finalize the selections. I would recommend the online video call appointment. However, I'm not sure how difficult the payment process would be if you did not have family or a friend go into the store at the end. I will also be buying saris directly from Saree.com to see what the process will be like. Overall pretty happy that my order was delivered to Toronto within 5 business days.

Thankyou Aso Palav for making my dream lehenga. It was perfect, ethereal beyond imagination. The lehenga was customized in my choice of colour, the work is so beautiful & intricate. I thank the artisans who worked on it for weeks. Badaram bhai & the lady designer at Aso Palav, they helped me a lot. I got all my lehengas from Aso Palav- for Mehendi, Sagan and Sagai as well. However I would like to mention that the fittings were not done well for my wedding lehenga. My lehenga was made 47" (inches) long, which was too long I had to get it altered separately... Kaliya bhi nahi bani hui thi. One had to get it altered to give it a ball gown effect. Anyways... Thanks a lot, it was worth it :)

I purchased my wedding lehenga (virasat bridal collection) from Aso Palav in Sept 2020 during covid. Based in the US, there was no way for me to physically see the item. However, Virat and Twinkle from Aso Palav made several phone and video calls to ensure I saw each detail of my lehenga and jewelery. They went so far to dress a mannequin with various jewelery options. Magnificent attention to detail and my requests. The quality of my outfit was unparalleled as was their customer service. Pictures and videos of the color were exact replicas of my outfit. The shipping experience was also stellar. The lehenga and jewelery were well wrapped in silk and bubble wrap, and delivered via DHL for a minimal cost. The items arrived withing 5 days of purchasing. HIGHLY recommend shopping with Aso Palav.
