Jada provided us with a professional presentation of possibilities for our sunroom shades and a prompt proposal. Jerry, the installer, came out to take precise measurements and then back to install the shades. Jerry was professional, very helpful and did an excellent job.

Tom the installer was excellent. He arrived on time, every time he came to the house. He was meticulous in measuring and handing my window treatment. He answered every question we had and he made sure we we understood what he was doing. Great personality.

Our designer, Brice, and our installer, Francisco, gave us outstanding customer service. It was very easy to schedule both of them; in fact, they were able to come at the same time on their initial visit which really streamlined the process. Brice’s recommendation as to the specific sun shade was spot on. Francisco’s measurements for the custom fabrication was precise, and his installation was efficient and really perfect. After installation we confirmed how smoothly the shades worked and he thoroughly explained the battery charging process. All in all, I would recommend Stoneside without reservation.

Excellent service. Helped me with blinds for a patio door with a handle, I had several shade companies tell me that it’s not possible. Finally Heather from Stoneside solved the issue by recommending a reverse roll blind, and Dustin was very good about measuring and installation.
