As always, Stoneside is expert in designing, measuring, and installation. However, installers must be trained not to ask for good reviews IN EXCHANGE FOR good work. Service--especially at this price--is not a barter. When the job is complete, it's a good business practice, and appropriate, to ask a client for a review, if they are satisfied with the work. Not _before_. I asked my installer to take care of something -in the line of and scope of service- and he actually said he would "if" I gave him a good review. Seriously. And then he pressed hard for the review when the work was done. Good for being proactive (BUT, at the right time). Bad for making it seemed like if I got good service then I owed him a good review. Please remind installers what a _review_ actually IS. (And it probably wouldn't hurt to add in some training about the basics of the client-service relationship.

Lifetime warranty really means lifetime warranty. One blind had become wonky. Stoneside replaced the blinds on all three living room windows even though they were installed 6 years ago. Ryan went above and beyond in installing the new blinds and solving problems.

Stoneside has followed thru with all of my needs ie. Providing excellent communication with a decorator, a quality product, and competent installers. I needed a reinstall after a window was replaced and this was expedited without charge. I am very pleased with my Stoneside relationship.

Dana helped my with all the options, listened to me, and together we came up with a shade that is PERFECT! Informed, expert and a superb quality product. Melanie was professional and a pleasure to work with. She presented the different types of blinds and was upfront about the costs. We selected wood blinds and a vertical fabric blind for the sliding glass door. She measured the windows and Stoneside had another person, Jon, measure for the exact window sizes. We felt assured that the blinds would fit our windows. Joseph installed the blinds once they arrived from the manufacturer and did a wonderful job.
