Joe & Melanie made ordering blinds and having them installed very easy. Joe has the best personality for his position and Melanie is very kind with lots of knowledge and ideas.

Both men who came out were very nice and thorough. When the shades were hung in the upstairs bedrooms the roller was not able to be flush with the top due to a piece of the preexisting cornice board. This was not pointed out previously in either visit to the house. Jason said if I could get someone to trim the piece on the cornice board he would come back out next week and adjust the shade. I very much appreciated that offer. If went above and beyond. He definitely deserves a bonus.

We have had a good experience overall. Scott, the installer has been top notch. Scott communicates and follows up quickly. We had a few blinds that had issues and these were caught by Scott and myself. They were replaced in a timely manner. Scott answered all of our questions. He is professional, easy to work with and very thorough. A few things to note: We missed an email regarding a back order which delayed our blinds several weeks. Hopefully, they have resolved this issue given one email with no follow up from anyone is not what we expected from Stoneside. The top up/bottom down blinds edging is a bit concerning given it's a machine cut with no edging. We hope they continue to look good and not fray.

We needed to replace the shades in our family room and blinds in a bedroom, and we made an excellent choice when we chose Stoneside. Anna the designer and Carlos the installer were both great and a pleasure to work with.

One of our blinds needed to be repaired. Joe came to complete the repair and was pleasant and efficient as always. He installed most of the 29 shades in our home. I requested him by name for the repair; he is a joy to work with. Also, Stoneside has a great warranty and the repair was covered!

Melanie Lefur was great to work with. This is the second time she has helped me select the right blinds. Her design advice is excellent. Joe the installer was helpful with some good tips. This is the only place I’ll go for blinds.

I purchased Stoneside Shades for my entire home in 2015 and 2016. Designer Melanie LeFur assisted me with the choices. I could not be more pleased. In addition, to creating the ambiance and aesthetic I desire, which complements my century old home, the shades are integral to keeping my house cool in the summer and warm and insulated in the winter. Very few purchases have conferred as much happiness as these shades. The service and responsiveness from Stoneside is impeccable. Previously, John assisted with the installation and he is "top flight", educating me on the proper use and maintenance. Joe Bach did a service call on August 31, 2023 to "tune up" 3 shades. He is a meticulous craftsman who has high standards for the quality of his work. I am very satisfied with the repairs he made. He went above and beyond. In addition, it was an enjoyable experience to meet Joe. In the future, should I purchase a new home, I intend to have Stoneside Shades provide the window treatments.

Edgardo did an outstanding job installing the Solar Shade in the Kitchen Window. The original shade for that window was cut slightly too wide and this was a re-install. This is the second time Edgardo was here and both times, he was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He also made adjustments to all the shades installer Chris made. The bead needed for the proper "stop" was not on those shades and Edgardo noticed that added that great feature to all my shades that were installed in June.

I am very happy with the repairs.
