Joe was the installer and Amanda was the designer. Amanda was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She did a great job helping my husband and I decide on the right colors/materials. She had great advice on what choices we wanted to proceed with. Joe was also incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. It was very clear that he is experienced and went above and beyond with his work and information. They were both very great and easy to work with. We couldn’t recommend them enough and are very impressed with the results.

Great products and service! We are very happy with how it turned out! Our designer, Melanie, and our installer, Joe, are incredibly helpful and great with what they do! We bought a new construction without any window coverings and we had no idea how we can do with them. We are fortunate to have Melanie come over to help us choose the best blind for our place! Stoneside does have a variety of fabrics and colours and they all look quite nice! After our free design consultation, we had a measurement appointment with our install, Joe, who is very patient and professional. We waited for about an month for the customized order to be made and finally we had all our coverings installed!

Our sales person, James made all the difference. We did extensive research and had multiple estimates given. We made the right choice!

Edgardo did a great job repairing my blind. I bought all the window coverings from Stoneside about 13 years ago for my new home. Everything is still working beautifully except the master bathroom pleated shade which I use most frequently. The string broke. It wasn’t an easy fix, my son-in-laws, who are good at repairs, advised me to get a new one because it would be too hard to replace the string. I don’t like to throw things out if they can possibly be fixed. Edgardo was persistent and got it working again. I am so grateful to Stoneside for sending Edgardo. He represents your great company well, being friendly, positive and respectful.
