Very happy with the shades from Stoneside and they look great in our house. The service from Abby and Andrew was excellent and they were very easy to work with. Abby was our designer and she came to our house with a large selection of samples and helped us match the type and color of shade to our furniture and color scheme. Andrew installed the shades around our schedule and did a great job putting them up. They are both very professional, pleasant, and great to work with. I highly recommend them both.

Stoneside provided new solar shades for a remodel to our Town's Community Center. Our consultant, Carrie, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had several questions and changes, and she was always prompt to reply and help. Tom, our installer, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to have him measure and come back to install. Each time he was thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Stoneside Blinds & Shades. They are a great company with great employees and service.

I could not have had a better experience . . . . They made everything so easy, and the end result is stunning!! Better than I could have imagined. I knew I wanted shades, but I didn't know what kind, what texture or what color. The designer (Alison) was amazing and together we settled on shade that was absolutely perfect. And, the installer, who did a fabulous job, wasn't just on time, he was early. I will be smiling from ear-to-ear for a very long time. Thank you!

Shade quality aside (very good), Stoneside's service and support are excellent. From sales, to the designer (Melanie) and installer (Joe) folks went above and beyond. Especially Joe as the install in my apartment was a little challenging. His quick thinking / creativity on hanging the double-blinds (per window) was fantastic. Joe's attention to detail, install ideas, honesty and professionalism are greatly appreciated. The designer, Abby, was scheduled to come out very quickly after my initial request, was very easy to work with (she made it easy to figure out what to do with 11 windows/sliding doors of varying sizes/shapes) and we approved my order the same day. I was leaving town for 2.5 weeks the next evening and they were able to get Andrew out first thing the next morning to take measurements to keep the process moving. My order was backordered so I had to wait a big longer but they went up today and they are fantastic. Plus Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with! I'd highly recommend using Stoneside for all of your window treatment needs.

We used Stoneside to create and install beautiful custom shades for two large windows in our home. They were so large that only certain fabrics could be used, and they didn't waste our time showing us fabrics that couldn't be used, like other companies did. Melanie came and helped us select the best option for our decor, and held our hands throughout the project. Joe was swift and professional for the measuring and installing, and came back quickly when we had a small issue. Overall, while not inexpensive, Stoneside was significantly less cost than the competition, we had personalized care, every question answered, and excellent follow-through. We are very pleased!

They look great. Great communication from both Melanie, the salesperson, and Joe, the installer. Installed quickly and within the timeline they gave us. One of the blinds came with a factory defect, but they saw it and ordered the replacement before we even noticed it. Highly recommend!

Had a minor issue with the retraction motor on one of our curtains; a problem I failed to correctly describe when I called it in. Consequently Joe came prepared to fix problem A, when it was in fact a B. He quickly got the appropriate part from his truck, good-naturedly took care of the problem, checked out other blinds for adjustment and made sure all was. Great service.

Zee Prado, design, and Joseph Bach, technician, were both great to work with from start to finish. It was easy to ask questions along the way. Most importantly, we ended up with blinds that fit just what we wanted, light blockage and a look that we don't notice when fully open so we can enjoy our beautiful wood trim.

We moved into a new home and needed to get some type of window coverings. We decided on roller shades. We ordered samples from a few companies and decided on Stoneside. From the consultation to the installation the process was great and painless. We are very very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My first appointment was with Abby. She was on time knowledgable and wealth of knowledge in assisting me to choose the correct blinds for my condo. No hard push for a sale, in fact, it took me a year before I committed due to replacing the windows first. When I was ready she remembered my order and off to production we went. I was then assigned to an installer, Andrew, who returned to make sure the measurements were correct and a few weeks later. The install took 30 mins. Andrew was also on time courteous and neat and clean during the install. I will definitely be working with them again! Thank you, Abby and Andrew!!

We had patio door and two large picture windows shades replaced by Stoneside Blinds. We were very happy that Carrie came to our house and helped us to pick out what we wanted with the samples she brought. Albert came out and did the measurements and once they were in he installed them. Everything was professionally and a smooth process. Thanks You people at Stoneside.
