Never purchased concert tickets before and coming to their website I checked BBB and saw good reviews. Being a 3rd party seller, I knew it would cost more but willing since it was for Queen and Adam Lambert. Definitely wanted to make sure to get those tickets. When they say you will be at the choice you make or better, it was way better and worth the cost. Went from nose bleed section our choice to side view in a great section. No issue with downloading the tickets and had them 5 days before concert.

I was nervous when I realized that we couldn’t “claim” our tickets until 24 hrs before showtime although the seats were assigned at the time of purchase. Knowing that we had to book travel and lodging contingent on everything working out. Well it did and we were able to see Queen with Adam Lambert for a reasonable price!!! So happy!

Clean arena, easy access, great f&b offerings

Having to call to get information on the electronic tickets a couple of days before the concert made me nervous. It was my 1st purchase with BigStub. Everything went smoothly and the concert was great.

Easy to use, almost too easy. Having never used BigStub before I was concerned I might have been scammed but this wasn’t the case and everything worked very smoothly. Remember though, I shared my tickets with my wife and could no longer view them.
