Ticketing was good and seem less

We received everything you said we were going to get. The only thing that I did not like was the finger food. There was not much variety. The event should of have someone who knew what we paid for. thank GOD I walked with a copy of the emails that you sent. If I should do this again I would like to speak with someone to walk me through the experience.

Everything was very well organized. From the beginning till the day of the concert. Really pleased.

Using BigStub to get tickets to Carrie Underwood was a good experience. Great performance was given by Carrie. No bad seats in the Theater. Only downside was the venue had the enternace blocked with a baracaide and no taxis waiting at end of the concert. When I finally got a taxi he said it was difficult to get there. The venue was hawking the option of an $85 cost to rent a limo. For that reason, I would not recommend seeing a concert there again.

It was the fact that I actually got one row closer to the action on stage of the concert because they took one longer to deliver my tickets. I really enjoyed our concert.

I loved that for buying tickets secondhand through the app, I was informed what to look for in my inbox and when the tickets might arrive! I did not like that I bought a recommended parking pass through the website and I paid $45 for a spot that was 30 minutes away from the venue walking distance (at night through dangerous areas) or a 10 minute drive away so I had to get two Ubers when I could’ve just parked at the venue. I wish there was more info when suggesting a parking pass so I knew it wouldn’t be close or worth it. Also when I parked, the lot said it should’ve been $30 so I overpaid and parked far away due to my pass (that I also couldn’t resell)
