We had pit passes for all for the hall at Bridgestone Arena it was awesome

I bought my tickets for the nutcracker Austin and the day of the show my tickets were taken back and sold to someone else with a different name. I spent $264 for no tickets and no show. This person stole the tickets back and resold them. Do not buy off of this website

I bought my tickets 30 days before the final Apple cup, which was sold out. Since my tickets were not transferred to me five days before the event I called in to express a little bit of anxiety. It was easy to get to a human and the customer service people were very helpful. I ended up making three or four more calls and being on hold while the service person worked to try and get better answers for over an hour one time. I believe they have a process problem but in the end they took care of me. Three hours before kickoff they went on the open market and were able to find tickets in the same section as the original ones I had bought that were never delivered by the broker who was selling them . Happy ending great customer service people, but way more anxiety than I need in my life. Also, they refunded the $187 of fees that were on top of the original $300 each ticket. It was the right thing to do.

11/27/23 update. After initially not receiving my tickets, multiple chat sessions and finally a call to the original ticketing agency to straighten it out, I posted a poor review of Bigstub, detailing what transpired. Bigstub did reach out to me afterwards, apologized for the service let down and offered a very fair resolution. As such I have upgraded my rating to 3 stars (1 star original transaction, 5 star followup) and will give them another chance, based upon discounted future tickets as part of the resolution. Provided that goes well, I will rate them highly on the 2nd transaction. The initial poor service issue has been resolved in my mind.

Reasonable price and fees; ticket delivery and use was timely and worked perfectly.

So quick and easy, no issues at venue with tickets on the phone.

Easy way to buy tickets

It was so easy to purchase tickets and the venue was incredible. Lewis Black was hysterical!

I received 2 calls and 2 emails regarding my tickets and to verify everything was good. I really appreciated that and I thank you all for all your help.

Ticket buying and transfer with BigStub was seamless. Just make sure you really look at the Area you are purchasing at to understand the seats you are buying. Had to make a change to my seats once I arrived because the seats were higher than expected and I almost had a panic attack looking down.
