Great value pedal and prompt dispatch. Sadly next day delivery it was not, as it took 6 days. I appreciate this can occur and it is in the hands of the courier and their responsibility, but I pay a delivery charge as I am allegedly a remote address, which I am not, so should not take that long in the future I would hope.

I bought a Gibson guitar from this company in June of last year as a gift for my husband's 77th birthday I have been disabled for a number of years and this was a thank you. £2,200 may not be a lot of money for some, but for me it's a fortune. The guitar had problems from the beginning and my husband was back and forth several times, a round trip of around 40 miles. Finally, around six weeks ago, the company admitted there was a fault and said they would contact Gibson for a spare. We are still waiting.

Item was lost in the post and there was a delay in getting mg refund but it the issue was dealt with properly.

Best price I could find online and delivered the next day by lunchtime. Great service.
