Superb retailer... purchased a 2001 Tom Anderson Drop Top, unseen & un-played which is a cardinal sin but had no need to worry. Guitar plays beautifully and even though it was described as being 'very good', I'd say it was excellent for a 20 year old guitar. Also had the original spec/paperwork which wasn't stated... Will definitely buy from Sound Affects again when my bank account recovers ;-)

Ordered product X via Amazon. Received product Y. No option was given to replace Y with X. Only option was a refund. Amazon page is still active with price increased by about 20%.

Ordered something which the website showed in stock, paid, and waited, received 3 emails saying order updated, payment refunded. No emails to say what happened, just auto generated emails, I had to go searching to see what the problemwas. My refund is still pending return from PayPal a week later. Ordered from PMT, GAK, Andertons before without issue, only ordered from here because they said what I wanted was in stock. I'd be wary next time.

Received the joyo vodoo pedal promptly hardly used been testing it out impressed with the fuzz effect it works well with my donner polyphonic octave pedal you can get Indian music also using donner yellow tail don't have a computer to enhance the sound only using 15w practice amp and sometimes berenger pa for a stereo experience all I have is a kids guitar purchased in a charity shop although the sound is still good but the pedal can be loud
