First I was sent the wrong product, and when I received the correct product the packaging was a flimsy Jiffy bag and the product's box was bent and broken, the contents badly repacked, I suspect it was not a new, unopened product and advertised, probably a return. I sent a photo of the box to Sound Affects who said they did not have any more in stock but offered a small discount which I took. Poor service and practices.

Rickenbacker 330 Mapleglo. They didn't have it in the particular finish I initially wanted (walnut) in stock, but the joint Managing Director Ben got in touch and offered me a great deal on any of the 330s they did have in. Went for the Mapleglo, which is just as beautiful and after 2 weeks playing I can confirm I definitely made the right choice. It's a wonderful instrument to play and I am a very happy customer!
