Excellent customer service and product, I’ve bought several pairs of slipper and many, many handbags-I love them all!

I've purchased many bags and wallets from Furmoo over the years and still got my old faithful Ring Satchel that I've used and used every day. It's great eventhough it has rips in the lining, marks on the leather etc, but I love it. Furmoo are always so great with emails and keeping you updated with where your product is at. Furmoo has amazing products, all NZ made and for a price that doesn't compromise the quality. Each piece shows it is made with love and passion. They are a small company but with a huge following!! I have purchased a number of Furmoo bags, pillows and wallets. I have my everyday (small wonderland) that I have used every day for the last 18 months - It's holding up beautifully and still gets lots of compliments. I gifted my daughter a Carrime tote, which she uses to lug her laptop around Sydney everyday on public transport - again, still looking beautiful and no real wear or tear. I have a number of other items that are either used less on the rotation, or have been gifted to other family members, and they are all headturners. I 100% recommend Furmoo's products.

I've bought several items from Furmoo - slippers, bags, purses etc. A lot of items are made to order, which means a wait of 21 working days (always stated on the listing). Sometimes they get slammed and it takes a little longer - they are NZ made! Because of the way each item is made, the hide items are all unique (you won't find someone walking around with exactly the same bag as you) and the slippers are brand spanking new (literally just assembled) so take a while to wear in. But they are worth the wait - I no longer use anything else. If you want to guarantee exactly what you get then join the Furmoo Facebook group and look for the "pick your hides" posts, otherwise it's a lucky dip depending on what hides they have in stock.

This company is so fast and helpful when replying to query’s. I love how they’re hand made and the delicate care put into their slippers is amazing. I love the look of them and they’re nz made and owned.
