The watch arrived very promptly and was wrapped well. The item was exactly as described. The only downside was the courier delivered it to a house in the wrong road. The person who took it in was honest and brought it to me. Thank goodness.

Great customer service. They respond within 1 working day and answer all of the questions I had. The payment was a bit inconvenient since my order kept being flagged as fraudulent and I had to provide personal information to prove otherwise which was annoying. Luckily the customer service team resolved that quickly so it was just an inconvenience. I ordered the Sun and Moon watch. I think the price is quite right for the art piece on your wrist. The watch looks much better in hand than on preview photos. I find my self looking at it a lot. I am in Viet Nam so the DHL express shipping cost was supprisingly low for an international order and the shipping was quite fast. I ordered at the begining of Lunar New Year and received my watch just after the holiday ended. Although the custom taxes made me want to bite my tounge. Overall, great service, beautiful watch, I would buy again. My only concern is that I'm unsure of what to do if my current watch needs maintenance or repairing.

The watch arrived within a week of ordering. The watch itself (Ricochet XL) is fantastic with lots of fine detail in the printing. Perhaps the only criticism would be that the numerals indicating the time are rather small and I cannot read the time without wearing my glasses. I considered returning the watch on that basis but eventually, the quality of the delightful face overcame the practicality.

MJW have just repaired my watch, that had been dropped and damaged, at no charge (bar the postage). Excellent and speedy customer service, can't be faulted.

I recently purchased one of their watches called “night howl” I’ve been looking everywhere for a unique watch and came across mr jones watches, the package came within 2 days of ordering and arrived in a gorgeous box, I’ve had it for a few days and people are already complementing the watch, if you’re looking for a high quality and unique watch, this is the place. Also as someone who has very small wrists, the watch fits really nicely and doesn’t feel heavy or “clunky”. Highly recommend!

Mr. Jones is a series, watch brand that you don’t have to take a serious very Seriously. It’s fun Dials of Humorous ideas Branch out two different styles, genres, and ages of watchies. (watch people). My first Mr. Jones watch was the color vain. It’s rotating color lenses Took me back to when I was a child in school, playing with old projectors, and the different color frames you can use. The watch is always the talking points and parties, even if it takes me a few seconds to tell the time on it. Every thing about this company is fantastic. The website was easy to use & very helpful. When I received the watch it came in a lovely box with an information booklet about the watch & also about the designer which I thought was a lovely touch. The delivery time was up to 8 working days which I thought was very quick & also they offer an engraving service too. So I honestly give them 5/5 and would definitely highly recommend them.
