We went into the shop very helpful staff we knew exactly what we where buying Then we bought on the net which was very straight forward Small matter when you said it had been dispatched it had been dispatched to your work shop not me we had inscription on the back which we found was very small hard to read.

WARNING!!! They sent me the wrong watch and are demanding that I purchase a printer, ink, and packaging materials to return it. They want me to drive to my nearest post office that is 30 minutes away. For a $200 watch. They are holding my money hostage and refuse to refund me. Scam company.

My experience was incredible to be fully honest. I ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on a Tuesday. It crossed an ocean in that time too. There’s stuff I order from two towns over that takes longer to arrive. The watch itself is so sick. I love it and people love it too. I def drove some sales to your site.

El reloj que compre fue the Paper Crane y me encanto, solo como sugerencia para una mas facil lectura de la hora me gustaria que la garza blanca fuera mas intenso el tono blanco y el indicador de los minutos tuviera un color que contrastara mas con el fondo, quiza blanco fuera mas adecuado. Aunque entiendo que corresponde todo a un diseño en que todo fue analizado detalladamente. The quality of the timepiece is far better than my expectations, and very good value. The postage was also very fast considering the watch had to come from the UK to Australia.

Wonderful watches and the customer services is quick and very helpful. Had a small issue with the strap, which was partly my fault but after chatting with them it was all sorted. Will definitely be buying another watch.

Hi, the watch arrived in great condition, fast and the packaging was a nice touch. however, there are two things I think can improve. 1. on sales abroad that has VAT and handling fees from your shipping providers, having an estimated price on that would be greatly appreciated. 2. my package was delivered to the wrong mailbox, which was fine seeing as it was for another unit in my building, but could be good feedback to the shipping company
