I emailed to ask where my purchase was after the site had stated 2 days delivery, this was a week later! No communication! Still no communication, after several emails. The watch came around 10 days later! Fine so far but I am well concerned about the lack of customer service and if anything was to go wrong with the watch. So awful! Let’s pray nothing happens to the watch and it lasts a few years.

I bought Ricochet back in November 2022 on Black Friday - I can imagine busiest part of the year for them. There was something wrong with it and they replied and sent back a new watch. This was over a 2 week period in total just before Christmas. The customer service and overall attitude of this business is WORLD CLASS.

MJW are an amazing company, who make exceptional watches that offer good value, their watches are unusual, clever, whimsical and very good to wear. However more importantly than that, their staff are very professional, customer service is way above other watch makers (something Rolex could learn from). As well as being efficient they are also very personable, and add a very personal touch to every communication. It is also obvious that everyone at MJW both love and are proud of their products.
