First off these are incredibly designed watches that work really well. I love how fun they are! The second thing that was kind of meh for me was that I got the blue turquoise silicone watch strap that broke 3 days in (had to take it to a watch repair to fix it) but after I emailed the customer support line about this they shipped me a replacement strap (from London to Canada) immediately! I thought this was going above and beyond.

Watch came in a timely fashion. Engraving was flawless and the watch looked better than expected. Watch wristlet was on par to the actual pictures. The watch face was bold, vivid coloring and details matched the picture!
