Could not recommend MJW more - fantastic product and amazing service. The watch we wanted was temporarily out of stock, and we were given an accurate estimate of when it was likely to come in. Really simple to order, with an engraving (which exactly replicated the online preview). I made a request for the delivery to be as quick as possible as the watch was needed before an upcoming birthday - MJW delivered it (engraved) within 36 hours of ordering via DPD at no extra cost! I visited the shop in Seven Dials to get an extra strap and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful - letting me try the various straps on the exact watch there and then. The watch speaks for itself, absolutely amazing and incredible value for what is a unique design with a reliable automatic movement at an amazing price point.

All good, shipping went great, the watch is just amazing. My only suggestion would be to, at least in the mobile version (I haven't checked if it's the same on the desktop version), make the selection of the strap part of the main article page instead of having to click on a "customize your watch" button (specially if there's no added charge for some straps). I didn't notice you could change the strap and I ended up with the default one. This purchase was for a gift and I could have selected the strap the person wanted in the first place... But other than that, amazing service and product.

The watch stopped working after less than 2 months.

The watch arrived really fast, even with the additional customisations. The watch is lovely and I'm extremely happy with it.

I took my MJW to a local jeweller for a battery change-- the job was completed and my watch ran perfectly for a little over a year. The watch stopped so I took it in for a second battery exchange and the watch would not run after installation of the second battery. Since the watch was well past warranty I sent it back to MJW for repair--MJW found that the watch movement had been damaged and needed replacement. I paid and received my watch within 72 hours of the transaction. My local jeweller is taking no responsibility for the watch and I have a watch that can be destroyed if a simple battery replacement is done wrong. I live in a mountain community in Canada, my closest jeweller is now a 6 hour drive to a major city and I still wouldn't know if there is someone in another store that's qualified to change the battery in a watch. This watch was barely 3 years old and I have 5 other watches in the 20 year age range that have never had a problem with changing a battery.

Beautiful timepiece in a lovely box (with a few scuffs on the corners but it kept the watch safe), quick postage.

The watch is beautiful. And a booklet is attached to it to tell you more about its design and how to set the time and so on. Service was nice — it means a lot to me, since it is the first I’ve done shopping from overseas. -Respond was quick and friendly, considering that we came from different time zones. (I requested to add holes on the strap via email.) -Shipping was safe and fast.
