We did have one blip with a missing delivery but I sent a chat to my1styears and got an immediate response from Aleksandra - Management Team who just grabbed the issue, kept me updated and dealt with it exceptionally well. After contacting the company a replacement box was despatched all communication was fast and helpful. The replacement box came really fast which is why I have increased my review to 5 star

United Kingdom | 20 November 2024After having bought the pull along train, which I had personalised, I then found out the baby’s name had been changed 🤦♀️ I contacted customer service and my query was dealt with by Aleksandra. She was exceptional and so professional. Instead of replacing the one block, she arranged for a new pull along train to be sent to me on the 19th November and I received the new train on the 20th November - for which I am so grateful. This exceeded all my expectations - I would definitely recommend My First Years. I have bought from them over the past few years and never once been disappointed with the quality of the goods purchased. This time, even though it was my fault, they couldn’t have done more. I don’t usually write reviews but in this instance I felt it was the least I could do.

And it arrived in such poor quality that I couldn't gift it. I reached out to the customer service team and was told I would have to pay to return it even though on the site it claims 'We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly'. Terrible service, I wouldnt waste my money or time on this site.

I have used their customer services twice and on both occasions the service has been amazing !! The team are quick to respond and resolve any problems straight away! On my latest purchase the free gift box was damaged, as it was an important gift I asked customer services to resolve the problem. Ewelina, got back to me very quickly on the same weekend day and arranged for a new gift box to be sent to me as a priority! The service that you receive from this company is second to none ! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

However, the 1st years support team member MELOJEAN resolved this quickly, by having these re-printed in a darker font and are now going to make great cousin Christmas presents.

Tried to claim I had signed for it when I wasn’t even in the country. Then told me to go to police report, all for a £40 order. Keep the money you scamming bastards.
