Again My First Years have excelled themselves. The products are always good and we’ve previously received excellent service, so when, post order, we contacted them over the weekend to change the delivery address it was no surprise when Ewelina responded extremely quickly and made the change we asked for before our purchase was dispatched. Put an order through but needed to update on a specific area... The communication was great and didn't have to wait at all for their reply... A personalised nursery bag for my daughter came with a needle (that looked like a sewing machine needle) poking out of it!!!!!! This company has terrible quality control checking! Very dangerous - avoid

Not great. Ordered a music set which wasn't cheap (£110 before using a voucher code) but was poor quality. External packaging was fine but internally the gift box was damaged, product packaging inside the gift box damaged, and products themselves damaged. Whoever packed this in the factory and personalised the items should have clearly seen this and the items should not have passed quality control and been sent out. In addition to this the website description was incorrect, stating the set was suitable for 12 months plus. The box it arrived in actually states 3 years plus. I now have the hassle of re packaging and getting a large bulky box to an evri collection point before I will be issued a refund.

I had an issue with my order and Shannon from My 1st years / My Gifting Group was so impressively fast at sorting it out and providing faultless customer service. Even though I initially had a problem with the item, the customer service received has more than made up for it and I will continue to buy from My 1st years.

I've been gifted some lovely items from My First Years and love them for my son and have also purchased items for friends and family. On one occasion the text on a personalised baby grow peeled off however customer service were fantastic - they responded within hours with an apology and offer of replacement which they sent out first class. Big shout out to Shannon from the Management Team! The baby grow itself is gorgeous and so I was very happy with the service and item.

I have ordered many times. However on this occasion I entered the wrong spelling for personalisation. I contacted using email as it was the wkn. I would like to thank Aleksandra for her excellent service. Managed to contact the suppliers and get the name changed. Kept me informed throughout. Great customer service.

I order a baby book for my baby boy and didn't release I could of put a name on it until after I brought the item. I email my1styear and MELOJEAN was really helpful and sorted the personalise for my book. Very quick response and very helpful. If I could give more stars, I would.

I ordered a toy box and unfortunately 1 component of it was damaged. I contacted my 1st years immediately and sent photos. My email was answered much quicker than I expected and a new part is on its way! I dealt with Aleksandra - who was always polite and dealt with my complaint quickly. So even though I received damaged goods I have happily given 5 stars for the way in which the issue was dealt with. I have every faith that the replacement will be perfect

My ordered a fleece robe but sadly the box was damaged in transit (not their fault). I asked if they could send a replacement and there were able to with no additional charge and it arrived less than 48 hours later. Aleksandra was extremely help in issuing the replacement.

I made an order but wanted the gifts separated into 2 gift boxes as I was gifting 2 lucky boys and Melojean replied way quicker than I expected to on a Sunday and said they had sorted that out for me. I've used this site so many times and always leave a very happy and satisfied customer!

I have always loved this company. Such beautiful gifts, packaged in beautiful high end looking boxes. I got in touch with customer services over a query about a previous order. Ewelina was very prompt in her reply and was a massive help. My children both have had bunny’s from birth. My daughter has lost hers (that is what the query was about). We were desperate to replace this gorgeous soft toy, which is very special to our little girl. The fast response has allowed us to be able to replace our daughter’s bunny with the exact same order. Thank you!
