I placed my order but received a phone call to say that due to an error with system it was not possible to process it. I spoke with a very pleasant lady on the phone who stated that if I reordered I would receive a 20% discount. I ordered again and added a note highlighting this but the discount was not taken off and I was charged full price. Furthermore the lid on one of the jars was cracked and cannot be used to seal it closed. I will contact the company tommorow and hopefully these issues can be resolved.

Have lost five pounds in two weeks since seeing Lisa Smith after having my DNA testing. Lisa was very informative and clearly knew her subject but I would say that an hour is not long enough to go through a 39 page document in any detail. It all felt a bit rushed and on a few occasions I found it difficult to keep up with Lisa. There wasn't any spare time to ask her questions or for her to go over anything that you didn't quite understand. It's a considered purchase and I think you need to consider doing it over one hour and a half for the client to get the maximum benefit.

As only just started taking the supplements. Am not very impressed w the hair and nail meds as no improvement on nails at all. Also, re supplements for around the middle treatment, thought I would receive enough capsules for three months but not the case so will have to re order. This was not clear on your website, I think...

Being a woman of a 'certain age', I found the site full of all sorts of information, along with recommended daily supplements to take. I have already sent for a couple of books to help with the 'weight gain', amongst other things.

Had big problems with insomnia dr Owen prescribed a Homeopathic remedy! Much better now!

I do appreciate that the supplements are having an effect because my waist is getting slimmer. However, I think the price of your products are a bit expensive and there aren't enough in the containers to last a full month. Consequently, it will be very expensive for me to carry on taking them. Is there a chance that you could reduce the cost a bit?
