Excellent service - a little frustrating we could not use our travel money card to pay however resolved eventually so grateful for the flexibility shown in the end. Car was fabulous & was great value for money. Will definitely use Sunset Rent a Car when we visit our friends in Kallaroo again.

Couldn't be easier to hire a car. Fab service from start to finish. I was an international renting for the 1st time and had no problems at all. Highly recommended.

Great service

We have used Sunset Rent a Car for three years now. We like the service and the price is competitive. However, this last booking, we learnt for ourselves that we were invoiced for a minimum of 3 days over a long weekend (we hired the car for 2 days) - we weren't told that at the time of booking. We were also told at the time of drop off that we would be invoiced a further $10 for the company to refuel the vehicle instead of us. Considering we were paying for an extra day's hire we thought that was rather greedy of the company without consideration of customer service. We ended up topping up the fuel ourselves. We also were not offered 10% discount even though we were a return customer.

The car was new and in good condition. Although i was late getting out fr the airport , the person in charge still waited for me. When I texted him, he assured me , it was ok. He was friendly and very clear in giving instructions on how to return the car. Fantastic service.
