Great service went above and beyond picked us up at the airport and it was easy to drop off. Kylee was very helpful . Our Hyundai SUV was almost new and gave us no trouble.

The car was delivered on time at the hotel and after inspection we were able to drive away with a full tank of petrol . Unfortunately I was taken ill the day before pick up and I had to leave the car with a full tank of petrol in a Hostipal Car Park some 15miles away , But Sunset Car picked it up without any extra charges or groans I would use them again

Excellent service, convenient pickup, friendly staff. Only downer was the written directions for drop off at airport were basic & had me searching for 10mins until airport staff gave me directions.

The condition of the car from Sunset Rent A Car was very good, and matched with the description provided on the website. The delivery of the car at the airport was also efficient and the staff was courteous. The return method was also easy. Overall a satisfactory car rental experience. However, when I booked the car via EasyRentCars website, I had already paid a sum of deposit. Then when I collected the vehicle subsequently, I was asked to pay the full rental cost (without deducting the deposit paid earlier). There seemed to be an over payment due to some miscommunication or misunderstanding between the booking agent and the service provider. Not sure if the over payment can be refunded or not. Upon verification and clarification, it is confirmed that the charges were correct. EasyRentCars didnt include the optional cost in their Rental Voucher, hence the confusion. Both Sunset Rent A Car and EasyRentCars were prompt in replying to my queries. Good customer service.
