United Kingdom | 14 June 2022Purchase of insurance was very simple. Cover was explained by use of scenarios and laid out in a way that was easily understood. Documents came through immediately. Cover was enough for my needs but not excessive. Therefore the price was very reasonable, equating to just over £1 per day. I cannot comment on claims as not needed.

The drop down address option has blended 2 addresses on the policy documents and the name on the policy document is not as I put in the entry fields. I cannot contact NOW as their phone number does not work and despite sending 2 emails, I am still waiting to hear from them a week later. The auto email response says to try calling between 3-5.30 on Tuesday - Thursday, which I have done, also to no avail. The phone number just does not respond - it is not operational. Utterly terrible customer service - use NOW at your peril... I am compelled to UPDATE this following the response from NOW posted below. There is no email to me on 7 June - I have checked again, and also Junk folder - that statement is not correct. There is also no comment from NOW on publishing a contact phone number that literally is never working. Odd that within 2 hours of me posting the above review, I received a call from NOW telling me that the caller's Manager had instructed her to phone me to confirm the policy has been cancelled and refunded, per my second email request... Would be better to reply to customers and have a phone number that works, rather than spending time monitoring TrustPilot... just my opinion :)

United Kingdom | 13 June 20224 Weeks after claim no response, and every single phone number listed on all the documentation does not exist, have sent email after email just constant automated responses that keep changing the length of average response time. I doubt I will ever get a response to my emails, the phone numbers all just constantly say can't connect how a company claiming to be available 24/7 in case of emergency can operate like this is beyond me. Abysmal customer service. Surprise surprise pretending to respond and take things seriously on trustpilot to save face, only to still not bother to have anyone contact me. Why am I not surprised. I'm going to be going to the ombudsman and small claims court. Here we are another week later and they have ghosted again, they keep trying to blame omicron and the relaxing of travel restrictions, which literally happened months ago, are they telling me in that time they are still affected? No other business I know has the cheek to use such a ridiculous excuse, they literally just can't be bothered. It's all a con do not use this company at all they are time wasters and do not care about you. Up to 31 days to respond to an email never heard anything so ridiculous, and then what you respond and then its another 31 days for a further response? Ludicrous, absolutley ludicrous.
