I had a problem placing an order for lights on line,i was quite worried as i had gone through the payment page,but i didn't get a confirmation of my order. I called and left a message after shop hours and was hoping for a call back the next day. Instead shortly after,i got a call from a very lovely gentleman,telling me there had been a problem with the order and that he would put the order through immediately again for me. That is excellent customer service,i appreciated it a lot.

Beautiful letterbox and seals really well to protect from wind and rain. Only gripe is that when the product came, it wasn't very clean and had white and green polish left on it and stuff in the fiddly bits which I've found really hard to clean.
