Yes jetline cruises you do sell cheap holidays , then charge for extras, flights to Las Vegas stopping at Chicago, 8 hrs stopover,or £500 pp for better flights

I was very impressed with the booking and the agent. Things started to unravel when I read NCL terms and conditions to see each person had to pay $20 service charge everyday. This meant $400 we didn't plan for. After going back and forth between NCL and Jetline Cruises being given different responses I received a call last night from someone at Jetline who advised we could inform NCL that we did not want to pay this and it would be removed. I was still quite sceptical until we met up with people in Rome who were in the same position. However, a couple on the same shuttle bus have cruised with NCL several times and said they will add the $400 onto our onboard account and we should go to customer service 72 hours before our cruise is due to end and ask for the charges to be removed. We will go to customer service when we board to advise we won't be paying the $400 then go back 72 hours before we disembark to make sure this service charge is removed. This has caused us no end of stress. Jetline should be telling people clearly what the process is when they book. So far flights were fine. We had a long wait to collect our luggage at Rome however, our shuttle driver waited for us. The hotel is lovely and calm has resumed. I deleted earlier posts as Jetline have given a good service.

What is it about? Cruse companies advertising early fly/cruise offers that are undoubtedly attractive but what is the point when it comes to the time for booking flights and they suddenly start quoting flights at additional costs or subjecting customers to long layovers if they want a flight within the cost that was originally agreed . My latest experience of this is with Jetline who offer everything being included when you book but want extra money when it comes to flight bookings. Otherwise as is the case with our cruise we are subjected to 4hr-+ layovers! Buyers beware because I’ve had enough of this sales ploy!

Booked a cruise in may and payed £1,200 deposit, for only a week later to be cancelled, 3 months on still waiting for my deposit to be returned, which has left me out of pocket even further, with interest charges on my credit card, surely this could of been sorted out sooner!!!!!!

So far, a few days in, all is going well. Michael booked our cruise package. He was efficient, helpful and rang me back to clarify a couple of details. He has been easy to contact and on the one occasion he was not available Shane handled my call and was equally professional. We have booked a similar package once before with Jetline in 2019 and all went to plan. I trust that this time our experience will be as good.

Agent was difficult to understand, especially when giving personal information. Didn't get confirmation of booking until 2 days later, deposit taken very quickly. Should have been an immediate response upon booking had to call and following day to get emails of confirmation. Have used before and always had a positive experience.

I booked a holiday to Lake Garda then a cruise around East Mediterranean. Tom Stewart was our Tour Adviser giving me good advice knowing I had my elderly mum with me. We flew into Bergano airport and had included a vehicle pickup from airport to Simone in Lake Garda at 1430. No vehicle turned up and I telephoned Tom and after a discussion and him confirming with his line manager they advised me to pay for a taxi and they would refund me the money. This was a recorded call so everything is there for the company to listen back. This was 29 June 2022 and after numerous telephone calls email contact proof of paying £185 from the taxi I received £78.37! I have been contacting Emma Burr in customer services and she has approved me having the full refund in cash but I'm still waiting on the final amount. Now Emma does not reply to my emails. I have now resorted to write on trust pilot to see if i can get a response and confirmation when I can have the money refunded, its over a year now!
