We’ve made a booking for a cruise - so far the paperwork etc has arrived promptly & customer services have been very helpful with queries. Cruise is not until next year so unable to comment on how the arrangements come to fruition! But so far all good 😊

Very detailed instructions from Carl. He was extremely helpful with extra advice and was so patient in answering questions and with explanations.

Jetline Cruises, in particular the agent Kieth, were excellent. They were able to book everything I needed at a competitive price. Communication was excellent throughout, even giving me a direct line to phone with any questions or amendments I wanted to make. All the documentation arrived within 24 hours. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

My wife and I booked a lat minute cruise through Jetline Cruise. The flights were to be from Stanstead but we wished to fly from Manchester. Lucas of Jetline arranged this for us and also the hotel in Marseille pre and post cruise efficiently. He also gave us his direct line number so any issues we might have are addressed by him having taken our booking.
