United Kingdom | 30 October 2024I have used Jetline before so am a returning customer. The pre booking experience has been excellent. Where I had an issues with them before, and I hope processes have been improved, is in the use of 3rd party suppliers. By this I mean when you book a package ie cruise and stay and the company are reliant on third party suppliers for pick up and transport to airports or cruise terminals. This has let us down previously and caused much communication between our party and Jetline to get reimbursement. It was resolved amicably in the end to the companies credit. I note they are still using Beds On Line for 3rd party transfers but I am trusting them that learning points have been put in place and will not be a problem when we go to the States. On a positive note the itineraries they put together are very imaginative and represent good value for money.

United Kingdom | 27 October 2024Hotels that we were allocated in Quebec city Canada and NY city were in great locations as part of the itinerary that Keith White put together for us as a package deal with cruise. This itinerary was great 3nights pre cruise in the Claredon hotel 🏨 in Quebec was perfect nice clean rooms and right in the main area for exploring the town. The hotel in NY The Hendricks was everything you could wish for 4 days Hotel located only 10 minutes from Times Square and Bryant Park and many other attractions.Hotel staff very helpful and friendly lovely restaurant and roof top bar 🍸. The rooms were cleaned every day and were a good size we had a fantastic view from our bedroom the Empire state building . The cruise ship NCL Sky is tired and needs some cosmetic work done on it but the ports from Quebec to NY was enjoyable . Once again I would like to thank Keith White a true ambassador for Jetline cruises.

We flew out from BHX on 7th September and stayed 5 nights with our friends in Montreal Canada and then they drove us to our beautiful hotel .The Claredon which we stayed in was very clean and the location was perfect for everthing being local, plenty of interesting places to see and restaurants for dining . We had transfers from our hotel and was pleasantly surprised because 48 hrs we received confirmation from taxi company giving us details of car reg and model and our drivers name and time for pick up to cruise port .Taxi arrived on time and took us to Quebec port for us to board NCL Sky to New York. After a lovely cruise we disembarked in New York our driver had already contacted us and picked us up on time .We arrived at our splendid Hotel Hendricks on West 38th Street perfect for us to put our plans in to action .This hotel has wonderful staff and they are so helpful we arrived early to check in to our room but this was no problem for the hotel to let us store our luggage while we looked around New York as we was only 10 minutes from New Times Square (Awesome) .On arriving back to our hotel our rooms was ready we was on the 23rd floor and what a view Empire state building mind blowing. The rooms are very contemporary and very clean large tv on wall and good sized bathroom with walk in shower very up to date. The hotel has a nice restaurant Isla on the ground level that serves great choice of meals at fair prices and the roof top bar Daintree serves drinks and snacks. Just be prepared for corporate meeting as these rooms are used for their private functions at times .But all is not lost as we found out there is a level above that has a outside bar with stunning views of New York City .So this hotel gives you everthing to make your vacation perfect we had the best time ever and will certainly go back to this hotel. Would like to give a Big thank you to cruise consultant Keith White you never let us down that's why we and our friends have already booked other cruises for the future with you So in our eyes you are a true ambassador for Jetline /cruises Holidays . Also not forgetting Gemma who contacted us by phone she had been notified that our connecting flight had been cancelled and tried to re arrange them .Gemma was really helpful

They even arranged a conference call with Princess to help relieve my anxiety at traveling in a wheelchair. Outstanding service!
