United Kingdom | 21 September 2024Just got back from trip to Lake Garda, followed by 10 night cruise then 2 nights finish in Venice. All booked through this company. Up until we got back to Venice everything was going like clockwork. However, when we went to check into out hotel in Venice our room had been cancelled. Called and spoke to a person called Gemma. I was understandably upset and angry and her words were " calm down or I put the phone down as it wasn't their fault". Yes it was your fault as you were our booking agent. She eventually found us another hotel but I have to say I wouldn't have put my dogs in there. It was horrible and disgusting. (have taken pictures) Only we didn't have a choice as it was now early evening. Then I had notification that our transport to Marco Polo airport had been cancelled so that needed sorting too. Wasn't even sure if we were going to get back to airport ok. We got very friendly with another couple who had booked this trip too and the same thing happened to them. Their room was cancelled prior to arriving. Would NOT recommend this company

United Kingdom | 18 September 2024I would’ve given this 5 stars but I sent an email query and despite it being acknowledged and a promise to respond within 72 hours it has been since 10/9 with no reply. Not impressed with the so called “customer service” clearly no service had been given.

United Kingdom | 28 August 2024From the outset when we booked we were under the impression that we were to receive on board credit, and a cabana suite. Neither came to fruition. Also we booked hotels with Jetline as advertised in Athens prior to our cruise and afterwards in Barcelona. Both Hotels were a huge disappointment for the three of us in our party, so much so that we didn’t go back to freshen up for the evening, we stayed out and returned for the shortest possible time. The electrics in the Ambrosia Suites and Apartments should be condemned immediately. The breakfasts well, we couldn’t use the toasters as they sparked when putting bread to toast. The other breakfast items were inferior and quite frankly I wouldn’t eat food from a plastic table cloth. The hairdryer in our room had no plug attached and was hard wired into another socket. For customers with disabilities, it would be impossible for you to get in and out as this hotel has no measures in place to accommodate people with disabilities. Jetline you need to up your game. After our cruise we were booked into a hotel for 2 nights in Barcelona, and were very excited to explore the City, however our excitement soon turned to disappointment yet again, when we checked in only to find that the hotel was a 25 minute bus ride into the Centre or a 20 minute taxi ride. Thank you Jetline for making our holiday so disappointing. We will not be booking with you again and if we do not hear from you, we will be sending this to your MD.
