I placed an order in the cart and a few days later received an reminder email on my order. Their program generated 10% off, but they refused to honor it Poor customer service. I canceled our order.

Baudville for the win again! I received my order BEFORE the date requested. The products were in excellent condition and the personalization was exactly as requested. Baudville is my go-to for any awards.

Service was good. This was an additional order of the same items previously ordered. Unfortunately, this order was mistakenly cancelled on your end (no explanation as to how or why) and we therefore received the item later than desired.

4 clocks were ordered. I specifically requested that our Board Logo be added as well as 4 separate engravings. I sent in writing my request. Was informed there was no extra charge for the engraving. No mock-up of request sent for approval. Received clocks; no engraving or logo.

Paid for two-day shipping to arrive on the day we were giving the award. Arrived five days later, totally missed the awards ceremony.
