I had to call 3 times and email 2 twice just to find out what happened to my order that i placed 5 weeks ago. Not crazy about how small the logo is.

Cheyenne was the BEST. I was stressed out with our timeline, etc. and she was able to not only help me with replacements of discontinued items, but our order was delivered ON TIME for our annual staff appreciation luncheon. The quality of your gift bags and tissue paper are so worth the cost and makes the gift extra special. As always, the items were engraved correctly, packaged perfectly and beautiful.

They were able to get it customized how we wanted it and by the deadline needed. Only issue is that the clock piece will not stay in the trophy when standing up and keeps falling out.
