We worked together, I picked out what I wanted, and we got everything ordered efficiently. The rep that assisted me was fabulous! She was able to rectify an error on Baudville's end and turned a potentially bad situation good. Baudville had missed my email to them and had not processed my order. It was looking like I wasn't going to get my items on time. The pins turned out great. I was disappointed with the fact that I was not told that all of the pins were on back order, I received and email that only 1 was on back order.
