United States | 02 November 2023On 9/14/23 I placed an online personalized order to be delivered by 9/29/23. The customer service representative was very rude. I called several times to have my personalized order revised. Twice, I used the link provided and a name correction. I also needed the logo switched out. The link to revise didn't allow you to upload images. I had to call to get an email of where to send my logo. The customer service rep gave me attitude because I didn't have my account number. I looked in My Account on Baudville but all it had was an old order from a year ago. I gave him my order number, he then complained that he cannot use that number because it is a web order. How was I supposed to know that? All the orders I've placed online, the company's are always use the confirmation order number. There was no other number on the order invoice. It didn't have my account number either. I was confused and didn't know how else to get him to my order. I gave him my email, he couldn't find me. I gave him the email of the person who placed the order for me, he still couldn't locate my order. He used my shipping address and the person listed is no longer at my organization. That person didn't even place the order! After finally finding my order, he resent a link to update the information on my personalized items. I made the changes and waited for the proofs to come in. I went through this for 2 weeks. I paid the expedited shipping, which was $55 only to arrive after the date that I needed it by. I will not be purchasing any personalized items from Baudville. The customer service rep was the same person each time I called, so he was familiar with the issue I was having but his attitude was unacceptable and he made me feel like I was the one who was wrong. So buyer's beware if you order anything personalized online. Make sure you have entered all your information correctly otherwise, it'll take multiple attempts to correct. This whole experience has made me no longer want to order from Baudville and I most likely won't. The customer reps need to be able to use the online order confirmations to locate our orders, instead of having to give a shipping address to locate my order.

United States | 13 September 2023We have been ordering company awards from Baudville for YEARS and never run into any issues. However, we have been a part of an ongoing dispute over damaged trophies since January of 2023! We placed our order in December, and received all trophies broken, in disrepair, or otherwise unusable. When we reached out in regards to the issue, we were told by a customer service rep to simply glue them back together. This is ridiculous, as we paid good money to receive high quality trophies, with our order being over $900. We requested a refund, and instead we were sent a reorder that was NOT requested, and then charged for said order by mistake. It is also worth noting that the replacements were broken in the same manner as the initial order. We requested a refund again, and were then given a credit memo for future purchases with Baudville, in a total that did not match with any order. After this, we contacted Baudville again requesting a refund NOT a credit, and were informed by a different service rep that the credit was a refund that would be processed back to the card used to purchase. We never received a refund. After months of back and forth, unanswered emails, referrals to management, and unresolved phone calls, we were finally contacted by a manager, Cassie. The last time we heard from her was August 15th, almost a month ago. She assured me she would be expediting a check for a full refund, which we never received. She also said she would check with the finance department on the first credit/refund never received. We have contacted her multiple times since, to no avail. At this point, we simply want to receive the refund for our awards that were not able to be used, and move on. We will not be utilizing Baudville's services again, as this is an ordeal that has spanned almost 9 months. Please put thought into ordering from Baudville, as it does not seem we are the only individuals who have had issues with their customer service.
