The item we ordered came quickly and was great quality.

We ordered a engraved clock for a workers anniversary, which also included our logo. The exchange back and forth to get the logo correct was fast and done to expectations. The turn around was less than a week and the clock was beautiful and packed well, my only complaint was the tootsie rolls that were included to "feed me" needed to be a little fresher, were hard as a rock. :)

I ordered a black clock for my employee's 10 year anniversary and it is beautiful. It arrived in record time. I am very pleased with my purchase.

There was a hiccup w/our 2nd order, it was out of stock, but we did not know until after we ordered. HOWEVER, Suzanne Devries, Inbound Customer Svc & Sales Rep was a champ! She walked me thru steps to ordering a replacement item & it arrived on time. GREAT customer service!

Noah was very responsive to my request and a couple of my changes. They were willing to work with me on shipping. I appreciated them calling me when the international shipment was going to cost more than the trophy. We were able to arrange for it to be delivered in person by one of our team.

The "You Rock" trophy was awesome and the recipient could not have been more pleased.

For the price I’d expect it to arrive in one piece, but it came broken in two. The glass part was much too heavy and the wood base weighed almost nothing, which I would think it would be the other way around. Luckily, my boyfriend has tons of adhesives that I used to try and fix it. Hopefully it stays together.
