Purchased tengointernet in Dec 2024, Has been sporatic from the beginning, Done a few speed test and download speed shows 0.30 mps and upload speed is 0.06 mps. It is always buffering. It sometimes take 5 min. to send an email. I think this wifi service is very weak. Looking for a new provider.

My Internet has been out all day. When I call Tengonet service all they said is there is a mass internet downage at my location. They could not give me any further details, not even a general word of assurance timeframe. So there’s been ZERO information on how long this outrage is going to last. Frustrating and an insustainable continued business forecast. Even though “ThePark” is technically their customer. I’m the one who just paid for this amenity. The Tengonet representative was nice enough just not information helpful.

Every time we arrive at our campsite, we call to get our internet up and running. Tengonet is awesome and gets us connected in a matter of minutes! This gives us time to start our vacation with no issues! Your customer service is A 1! I recommend your services to all internet users.

We traveled to Texas and are staying in a RV resort for a month. We use Firestick and these need to be registered on Tengo before they will work on their network. I sent a support email to them with the MAC addresses and within a hour we were up and running. AWESOME support!

Had many problems staying connected, discovered the part of the problem was MacOS using rotating MAC addresses for privacy reasons. This does not work well when a service such as Tengo pegs your "premium" purchase to a MAC address. Once past this, I've found the same issues as others - stuttering, flat out disconnecting, instability, but worst of all time-of-day congestion that all the traffic shaping in the world cannot solve. At this park in Florida, it's really a useless service and I'd take my $15 back if I could. Being tethered to my phone is 10x faster and 100x more stable.
