United States | 28 August 2024We've been in this RV Resort for 2 years and continually need to contact support for internet connection. Good support but wish we didn't need to contact periodically to get connection. We have an extender as well and we're across the road from a tower.

United States | 28 August 2024It was about a 15 minute wait to get an agent on the phone, but he (Russell) was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve my immediate problem (intermittent service). However, it sounds like the problem (components connecting with a distant router) is systemic and will likely come back. And since I work from home with many zoom meetings, I will likely need better reliability. My TVs constant buffering is also quite annoying but not nearly as critical as the laptop.

My only complaint is if the premium internet glitches on tv while watching pre-recorded shows - it will stop the program your watching & load up a new line of options to watch & then automatically spin to next program. Frustrating during football season on youtube tv. Also Prime doesn’t load very well at all. We are in a Mt. RV resort but our internet tower is literally 15-20 ft in front of us. So that’s the only unexplainable problem.

United States | 16 August 2024Service personnel were very nice and courteous, however they were unable to find a solution to get my computer to connect to the internet. Ultimately they blamed my computer, which may be partly correct, but I was able to connect using my phone as a hotspot. I'm still not sure what the problem is with Tengo.

They responded with a review request first, then sent the response telling me to call customer support. I emailed back what my problem was, what I did to try and fix it...and to tell them that I could NOT call them due to no cell service. They never responded.

United States | 05 August 2024This was great to have. We did have a little issue getting the TV to hook up. But everything else connected easily. We ran the TV through the phone hotspot and everything was dialed. Customer service was great for setting up everything. Much appreciated!
