After placing my order I realised one of my items was the wrong size, so i immediately emailed customer service, got a fast response and within less than 30mins they rectified my problem which I was extremely happy about. My parcel arrived within two days even in this awful Pandemic are all in right now, speedy delivery service... very impressive. I have used Achilles Heal for over 20 years as my only source of running shoes. I buy new shoes every year and have always been impressed by their range and quality of service from the shop assistants. Now that I have moved away I still use them and would always travel back to Scotland with this in mind.
