Very pleased with the service from Downlights Direct. I've ordered from them a number of times and the items have always been dispatched promptly and well packed. I would certainly recommend them.

Fitted the replacement in minutes arrived on time and had texts to confirm delivery time. Good price and clear description on website . With another six lights to update will be a returning customer soon and will recommend. Ovia Gu320 is similar design to previous units but looks much sleeker and with fire rating. More importantly the missus likes it for the close match to old eye ball light it replaced.

Ordered 7 downlights and dimmable LED bulbs. Arrived promptly, and were well packaged. The lights are excellent quality,and look and work great. Bulbs too work well; they are very bright (brighter than the old halogens they replaced) and dim without flickering (via an LED rated dimmer switch). Overall, very pleased. Would recommend the company without reservation.

Your service is good but your courier is bad - twice they have failed to deliver on time which I paid extra for & to the wrong address
